The Cleveland Select has a spread of 15 ft., an upright, narrowly pyramidal shape, and glossy green foilage. Its fall color is reddish-orange. Rapidly Becoming the pear with the highest demand. Nice symmetrical branching at a young age and prolific white blooms which appear a bit later in spring than other varities. Appears to handle snow and ice load better than some varities. Very nice deep red maroon fall color. The Chanticleer Pear has a dense pyramidal crown, waxy foilage, orange to red fall color, white flowers.
